Ingredientes
• 1 bizcocho de vainilla, chocolate o mantequilla, horneado y completamente frío
• 1 receta de tu relleno de pastel favorito
• Jarabe simple, opcional, para humedecer las capas
Para el glaseado
• 3 a 4 tazas de crema de mantequilla de vainilla
o dulce de leche
• o dulce de leche
• o glaseado de chocolate
Para la decoración
• 25 a 35 caramelos Bianchi enteros
• 15 caramelos Bianchi, finamente picados o triturados
• 1 taza adicional de glaseado o relleno para mezclar con los caramelos triturados
• Chispas doradas o perlas comestibles, opcional
• Jarabe de caramelo líquido, opcional, para decorar
Preparación del pastel
• Hornea el bizcocho y asegúrate de que esté completamente frío antes de comenzar a decorarlo.
• Si el bizcocho tiene varias capas, córtalas cuidadosamente con un cuchillo de sierra para obtener capas uniformes.
• Si deseas una textura más húmeda, pincela ligeramente cada capa con jarabe simple. Coloca una capa de bizcocho sobre la base donde vas a montar la tarta.
Añade una capa de relleno y distribúyela de manera uniforme.
Repite el proceso hasta completar todas las capas.

• 20 a 25 caramelos Bianchi
• ½ taza de crema espesa (nata para montar) o leche condensada azucarada
• 1 cucharada de mantequilla, opcional, para aportar brillo y suavidad.
• Paso 1: Derretir los caramelos: Desenvuelve los caramelos Bianchi y colócalos en una cacerola pequeña a fuego muy bajo. También puedes derretirlos en el microondas utilizando intervalos de 20 segundos, removiendo entre cada intervalo.
• Paso 2: Incorporar la crema: Añade la crema espesa o la leche condensada y mezcla constantemente hasta que los caramelos se hayan derretido por completo y obtengas una preparación suave, uniforme y cremosa. Si utilizas mantequilla, incorpórala al final y mezcla hasta que se integre completamente.
• Paso 3: Deja que se enfríe ligeramente a temperatura ambiente antes de usarlo como relleno entre las capas del pastel o para crear un hermoso efecto de goteo en los bordes.
• Paso 4: Decorar: Una vez montada y cubierta la tarta con el glaseado elegido, coloca los caramelos Bianchi enteros sobre la superficie.Añade los caramelos triturados para crear diferentes texturas y, si deseas, termina con chispas doradas, perlas comestibles o un ligero hilo de jarabe de caramelo.
