This theme cake is perfect for birthdays, kids' parties, and special celebrations. The combination of a creamy frosting with whole Bianchi candies and crunchy crushed pieces creates a unique experience in every single bite. "Candy Mountain" Theme Cake

Ingredients
• 1 vanilla, chocolate, or butter sponge cake (baked and cooled)
• 1 recipe of your favorite cake filling
• Simple syrup (optional, to moisten the layers)

For the Frosting
• 3 to 4 cups vanilla buttercream
• or Dulce de leche
• or Chocolate frosting

For the Decoration
• 25 to 35 whole Bianchi candies
• 15 Bianchi candies, finely chopped or crushed
• 1 cup additional frosting or filling (to mix with the crushed candies)
• Gold sprinkles or edible pearls (optional)
• Liquid caramel syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Prepare the Cake
• Bake your cake or make sure it is completely cooled.
• If the cake has multiple layers, slice them carefully using a serrated knife.
• Lightly moisten each layer with simple syrup if you prefer a juicier texture.

White Chocolate / Caramel Chewy Ganache or Frosting

Ingredients.

• 20 to 25 Bianchi candies
• ½ cup heavy cream (whipping cream) or sweetened condensed milk
• 1 tbsp butter (optional, for a glossy finish)

Step-by-Step Instructions

• Step 1: Unwrap the candies and place them in a small saucepan over very low heat (or melt them in the microwave in 20-second intervals).


• Step 2: Add the heavy cream and stir constantly until the candies are completely melted and you achieve a smooth, uniform, and creamy mixture.

• Step  3: Let it cool slightly at room temperature before using it as a filling between the cake layers or to create a beautiful “drip” effect around the edges of your cake.

• Step 4: Decorate: Once the cake is assembled and covered with your chosen frosting, place the whole Bianchi candies on the surface. Add the crushed candies to create different textures and, if desired, finish with gold sprinkles, edible pearls, or a light drizzle of caramel syrup.

(Creole Seasoning) Stewed chicken is the daily lunch in any Dominican home. The characteristic touch that sets the Dominican stew apart from others in the region is the dominance of dried oregano rubbed in the hands right before cooking.

Ingredientes clave:

• 2 a 3 libras de pollo cortado en trozos.
• 1 ½ cucharadas de orégano dominicano seco.
• 1 cebolla morada y 1 pimiento verde (o pimiento cubanela), picados.
• 4 dientes de ajo, picados. Jugo de 1 lima o naranja amarga.
• 2 cucharadas de pasta de tomate. 1 cucharadita de azúcar y cilantro fresco.

Preparation:

Wash the chicken with the lime juice.
Season it by combining the garlic, salt, pepper, and most importantly, take the dried oregano in the palm of your hands and rub it over the chicken to crush it finely and activate its essential oils.
In a caldero (pot), add a splash of oil and the teaspoon of sugar. Let it caramelize until it turns a dark golden color (without letting it burn black). Add the chicken pieces.

• Salt to taste
• 200 g frying cheese
• 4 eggs
• Avocado (optional, for serving)

Step-by-Step Instructions• Peel the green plantains and cut them into medium-sized chunks.
• Boil them in water with salt for 20 to 25 minutes, until they are completely tender.
• Drain the plantains and reserve a small amount of the starchy cooking water.
• Mash the plantains while they are still hot, gradually adding the butter and milk (or reserved cooking water) until you achieve a creamy purée.
• In a skillet, heat the oil and sauté the red onion until it is translucent and slightly golden.
